SHIPPING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with tracking details. All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country, for which the recipient is responsible. Shipments to these countries are sent by us on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact amount in advance and recommend contacting the local customs office.
PAYMENT
ADVANCE PAYMENT
Choose advance payment, then please transfer the total amount to our account first. Shipping will take place after receipt of payment. In our confirmation email, you will find all the necessary information for your transfer. Please understand that we can only hold the goods for 7 working days, and your payment must be received within this period. After this deadline, we must unfortunately cancel your order.
CREDIT CARD
Opt for payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), you will be prompted to enter personal information and your credit card details into a form. These will then be transmitted securely to the payment provider. The bank checks the transaction data and your credit line in a few seconds and transmits the result of the check to the seller. With a positive response, your credit card will be charged the agreed amount.
PAYPAL
With PayPal, you can pay for your purchases safely and easily – without entering your bank details or credit card number, as your data is stored in your PayPal account. The only requirement is a PayPal account, which you can set up at www.paypal.com.
REFUND
Once we receive a return from you, we will credit the refund amount as soon as possible.
RETURNS
You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt (provided the products have not been opened and/or used and are in their original packaging). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with the following guidelines; any returned items not meeting these criteria will be sent back to the customer.
These include items:
– whose seal has been broken/opened
– that have been used
– whose labels have been altered, overwritten, or covered
– that have been filled
– that have holes
– that are not returned in full (for example, components of an Exclusive Set)
– that are part of a promotion for which a certain purchase value had to be reached
Refunding card payments may take up to 10 working days, depending on the bank’s processing time. This period may vary depending on the credit institution or card issuer; unfortunately, we cannot influence this process. PayPal payment refunds are available immediately.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- a) Have you received a damaged item? Please send us a picture of the damaged item to info@ullamusall-beauty.com. Once we have received the evidence, we will process your request as soon as possible so that we can either refund the item or send a new, undamaged item.
- b) Have you received a defective item? We classify goods as defective if they arrive damaged to the customer or if a manufacturing defect is detected within 30 days of purchase. Items are not considered defective if the condition is caused by expected wear and tear. In this case, we cannot take any responsibility. SKIN REACTIONS
If your skin reacts poorly to any of the products, we recommend discontinuing use immediately. Please contact us via email at info@ullamusall-beauty.com so that we can assist you further.
LABELS
All items sold by us contain labels with information about:
- Name and address of the manufacturer
- Expiry date / Identification number Products have a shelf life after opening, which is individually indicated on each container and box.
